Sailing Season 2019

Traditional Spanish Paella with Spot Prawns, Wild Greens, and Boatbaked Sourdough

Another summer come and gone aboard S/V Nawalak of Orcas Island. We sailed with whales, spotted Grizzlies, and ate so much delicious food. These were once in a lifetime experiences on the water, and I think that was reflected in all the meals I made. It pushed me into new culinary territory and challenged my very fiber, but it is only through those incredible experiences that we grow. And I grew.
