Summer Cookin'

This summer, I was hired to work aboard M/V Nawalak out of Deer Harbor, Orcas Island. Our five day sail with four guests was pure bliss. Our guests from Colorado dubbed it, "Farm to Boat" cooking, and with good reason. We represented as many Orcas Island farms and fisheries as possible that week.
