"South of Town" Pop Up Dinner
What an amazing feast we had!
This five course meal that toured throughout the American South was a rare treat to find in this most northwesterly town. Grounded with locally sourced ingredients, we were able to do justice to those well loved dishes.
This may have been my favorite pop-up yet.
