Thankfully, my passion allows me to be work mobile and travel to where you need me. That being said, I love to work on either the land or sea.

The Return

Still waiting for that croissant? Yes? I was afraid so.
The wait is now that much less as I can now announce my next baking day for the PT Food Co-op.

Find me there February 29 (yes, it IS leap year) for your morning bread and pastries. I plan on baking once a month for the co-op as well as hosting new events and dinners throughout spring and summer.
And thank you once again for the patience. Bakers, like their pastries, should not be burned out. My time away has done a lot towards preventing this.
