To all friends and fans of pastry, I will be departing this week's market early to prepare for the Wearable Art Show. I plan on preparing just enough bread and pastry to get me until 11 am.
On that note, next week is the Rhododendron Festival and CAKE PICNIC! My baking efforts will be focused on the 2,000 slices of cake being produced instead of croissants. So, May 16, I will not be at the Farmer's Market.
