Well, tomorrow I am doing a couple things I've never done before. Firstly, I am departing the market early - 11:30 am for my obligation at the Wearable Art Show. Yay bread skirt! Secondly, I will be selling only one variety of each item. That means one type bread, one croissant, and one scone. This will be a sort of "Best of" collection for you.

- Classic Croissant (maybe my best yet!)
