Just Right

Challah!

I had a lot of pride in this week's menu. Every item came out just the way I wanted it to, and believe me, that doesn't happen often. In baking it should be understood that the baker only has so much control over their "creations".  One must give partial credit of the goods to the mysterious and complicated factors at work in the bakeshop.

That being said, look at that beautiful Challah bread! And those Croissants! What swirls!
