This to That

If we could see the future, would we get out of bed in the morning? 
Well, for these croissants the answer is most definitely YES. But still, if we knew what was to come, could we find our way there? I certainly did not see my progression as inevitable, and could not foresee myself ending up where I did. 

It seems that if we keep our heads down and our hands busy we will generally wind up in a place farther down the road, and sometimes have no clue as to how we arrived.

Ah, well. As long as there's delicious handmade bread waiting for me at the other end I'll be satisfied.
Here's a look back at season one of the progression of my menu and culinary technique.
