Summer to Autumn

As summer fades out and autumn falls upon us, our oh so lovely markets go from a roaring boil to a steady simmer. Officially, the Saturday market continues until December, but both the crowds and vendors will thin out under the PT gray.

This being said, I believe my best bread is just now coming out. I've compiled this selection of photos from the markets as proof. See for yourself the delicious breads you, perhaps, have been missing out on.
