Fine French Croissants


Ninety minutes into Saturday's market and the croissants have disappeared. Somehow, it has taken me six months to figure out that I should be providing Port Townsend with delicious croissants. Dang.

Next went the Bigfoot Bread. Disappeared. Poof!
Following the hearty Bigfoot Bread, the Wheat-Free Chocolate Pizzelles, Pain au Rustic, and Cinnamon Shtick sold out, too.

Come one o'clock, I was without anything at all to sell.
