Tastes of Syria

Aleppo
This Saturday, Dalla Notte Baking is using its platform as a local business to shine a positive light on Syria, and its cuisine. By bringing attention to the incredible food Syrians have historically produced, we hope to remind ourselves that there is much more to Syria than a shocking news account. 

The "Tastes of Syria" menu include: 

Pomegranate Pecan Na'an with Fresh Mint and Apple

The Aleppo Slider with Harissa Baba Ghanoush, Za'atar Spiced Midori Farm Sweet Onion and Zucchini, and Pan Fried Chickpeas
