A Fleeting Summer




We all know it to be true: summer is flashing by. Here we are in the middle of August already. The Wednesday farmer's market only runs one more month and Labor Day is just around the corner now. Kids will be drifting back into classrooms. Tourists will begin to peter out. The leaves will begin to fall.

It's a progression of events that determines our local economy and livelihood. Although we cannot have summer weather all year round, I feel it needs to be said that Dalla Notte has been struck with a fantastic opening season.

We want to thank you, our patrons, for keeping us happy and excited as ever to feed you. There is a dialogue of sorts that takes place between business and customer, and that relationship is all the more exciting when we can act upon the requests and ideas given to us by our customers.
