The business, like the universe, is expanding.

Here's a sneak peak at my recipe tests. I've been weighing many factors of different baked goods, and have begun trialing savory popovers as a menu addition.

Pictured here are the Pancetta Parmesan Popovers (with green onion and dill). I hope to begin selling these items to local cafes in Port Townsend and Chimicum soon as possible.
