Dalla Notte Baking is now expanding into the crouton business! Beginning this week, our farmer's market stand is offering Herbed Croutons made with Herbes de Provence and sea salt. It's the perfect way to complete your farmer's market salad.

We've also been invited to the second annual Doe Bay Wine Fest on Orcas Island this weekend! I can't wait to reconnect with our island bound friends of the north over the powers of fermentation: bread, wine, and cheese.
