On these uncertain spring days of showers and sun, it's generally best to play it safe. Dalla Notte believes in your right to be warm and comfortable at the farmer's market, and so tomorrow we are returning with a focaccia that'll warm your very soul..


Masala Focaccia!



Dalla Notte's "Masala Focaccia" brings together two classic culinary favorites and sets them upon one slice of focaccia bread. We have potatoes, onions, and thyme -all Italian favorite for focaccia. However, in order to add something new to those traditional focaccia flavors, we have chosen the Capetown Masala from Seattle's own, World Spice. Caramelized onions and potatoes seasoned with a fragrant Masala is something to behold in person, perhaps even just for the smells.

Dalla Notte is returning with The Italian Pig and Homemade "Nutella" Focaccia at tomorrow's market, as well. We look forward to seeing you!
