The Final Countdown



 Well, this is happening. In 12 hours, I will be busy fermenting focaccia and running about a kitchen before any of you have even thought about waking up. Such is the baker's life, right?

I hope that you're able to come and join in tomorrow's opening market festivities! I hear there will be goats...or maybe I'm just hearing things.

I know there will definitely be focaccia, and that should be enough to bring you to Dalla Notte!
