Focaccia Formaggio

This Saturday, Dalla Notte is proud to debut two new focaccia. 
  • Focaccia Formaggio features Pan Fried Cheese Curds and a Roasted Garlic Cilantro Spread
  • Focaccia Dolce is lathered with a House-made Kumquat Orange Marmalade, Dark Chocolate Shavings, Cardamom Sprinkles, and Candied Orange Zest 


I hope to encourage the beautiful blue skies we've been receiving with these incredibly bright flavors. Dalla Notte has harnessed each respective ingredient from cheese curd to orange zest like a scientist in the lab. We give you the full unique potential of every ingredient featured in our focaccia for you to enjoy.
